Hello.. I'm the creator behind The Shining AM.. Abbie!

Like many people just out of high school, I wasn't exactly sure where life was going to take me. At 19, I knew one thing for certain: I loved creating with my hands. My journey began in trade school, where I studied welding with a focus on specialty welding. After graduating, I realized it wasn't the career I wanted to pursue, but it taught me the value of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

From there, I learned leatherworking alongside my mom, where I discovered a deeper appreciation for handmade artistry. Even then, I couldn't stop saying, "I really want to learn silversmithing." That dream finally became a reality when I attended the Texas Engraving School, where I had the privilege of learning from MacKenzie, owner of Double M Beadwork. From the moment I picked up my tools, I knew I had found what I was meant to do.

Today, every piece of jewelry I create is handcrafted with care, quality, and timeless design in mind. My goal is to make pieces you'll love wearing today and cherish for generations to come.

Outside of the studio, I've always had a passion for animals and entrepreneurship. I spent seven years showing Gypsy Vanner horses, later showed registered Brahman heifers, and even built a successful photography business. Each chapter of my life has shaped the person and artist I am today, teaching me patience, dedication, and the importance of creating something meaningful.
